Produced by Francoise Antech in Limoux, the world’s birthplace of sparkling wine.
A beautiful rosé, interestingly made primarily with Chardonnay. The colour comes from a brief maceration of Pinot Noir. Delicate salmon colour with brilliant highlights. Fresh in the mouth, with notes of ripe citrus and a hint of wild strawberries.
Affectionately known as “Chouchou” or “little darling” by Francoise.
